Auditions for fellowships and associateships are held towards the end of each academic year. Shortlisted candidates are then invited to perform on their instrument in front of a selection panel who will assess them on their technical and musical abilities. In addition, each candidate will have a short interview with members of the Management Team and the Board of Trustees to evaluate character and to find out more about each candidate’s individual abilities, aspirations and achievements. Candidates may also be asked to perform one or more of the extracts listed in the audition repertoire list.
