Michael Harris Michael Harris’ distinguished career includes 31 years with the Philharmonia Orchestra (1974-2005) alongside a busy freelance career performing with groups such as the Nash Ensemble and London Winds. A keen interest in early clarinets has led to work with period instrument groups including the English Concert, English Baroque Soloists and Collegium Musicum ‘90. He coaches the wind section of both the Britten-Pears Orchestra and Orchestra Europa, and is regularly invited to appear as an adjudicator and panellist. Michael is Head of the Conservatoire’s Woodwind Department. |
